The weather is finally cooling down and fall is HERE! I’ve got a fantastic list full of delicious restaurants and dishes for the season. Take a look below!

Blenders & Bowls
The fall menu is a coveted thing and for good reason – the bowls are crazy good! My favourite is the cinnamon crunch bowl (they also have gluten free toasts!)

Forthright Cafe
I’m so glad they’re back after their awful kitchen fire and this wild mushroom toast is just perfect! I also love their cashew milk lattes and zucchini bread.

The Kebab Shop
This new spot from California is bringing some seriously delicious kebabs and I’m alllll over it.

She’s Not Here
The vegetable green curry is warming, full of bold flavor and just overall amazing.

Stella San Jac
I’m in love with these lamb meatballs with harissa and mint chutney! They are tender and sooo flavorful!

Kerbey Lane
Their fall menu is amaaazing and the pumpkin french toast is one of the best things to satisfy your fall cravings!

Old Thousand
The spicy chicken karaage is always a crowd favourite (plus it’s gluten free) and it’s big enough to share.

Word of Mouth Bakery
The salads here are some of the best in town. I love the beet, candied pecans, beets and greens. I also love the massaged kale salad with balsamic currants with a side of chicken. Sooo good!

Nate’s Baked Goods and Coffee
This frittata is what dreams are made of – the sausage and cheese frittata with bacon, pimiento and avocado. I also love their matcha latte with almond milk. Yuuum!

Caroline
The spicy deviled eggs are soooo flavorful and borderline addicting! I get them every time.

Lucky Robot
The chirashi bot is only available during lunch and brunch and it’s truly a thing of beauty. It comes with 3 seasonal sashimi plus ora king salmon, rice, pickled veggies, avocado and 144 degree egg.

Loro
The cheeseburger is just so damn good! And it’s discounted during HH so I mean just get it and thank me later.

Fat Dragon
Gluten free ramen – it’s a thing!! And this seafood ramen is a show stopper. Incredible flavor and so warming!

Max’s Wine Dive
Gluten free fried chicken with creamy and buttery mashers and spicy collard greens (and a glass of pinot noir for good measure). Is it just me or does Southern comfort food taste better when it’s chilly?

Zoe’s Kitchen
This avocado and lentil salad is fresh but hearty!! The crispy chickpeas add a fun level of texture and I love that you get two different dressings.
