You have the choice for a family style dinner – I’ll plate large format dishes where everyone can serve themselves, or individually plated and composed dishes for each guest. I make several types of cuisines but my most requested ones are Italian, North Indian, Thai and Tex Mex. I can offer a casual dinner experience or a multi course upscale menu.
