Here is an example of a grocery list I made for my Meal Prep Pro client for her first week with me!
The blueprint for meal prepping when you have zero time is what I share with my clients in Meal Prep Pro … It’s the secret to creating easy meal prep for you and your family without going bananas.
GROCERY SHOPPING:I create a custom grocery list for you for every single thing you’ll need in the recipes I create (I give you 4 recipes per week)
(PS I actually can order groceries for delivery for you using a third party app so that you will have all the ingredients at your doorstep!)
PREPPING COMPONENTS: When you get home from the store I always recommend to spend at least 5 minutes washing and drying important produce like leafy greens and berries. You can set a timer to be really efficient and scheduled! I also recommend chopping things like carrots or celery if you need it for a sauce or salad, and if you have a dressing for a salad you can whip that up as well! So a 5 minute timer for cleaning produce and a 5 minute timer for chopping will actually really cut down on cooking time.
YOUR EQUIPMENT:  You don’t need a million trendy gadgets or tools. I will always advocate for a toaster oven/air fryer duo because it gets the job done quickly, but a conventional oven works great too. For example, if a recipe calls for 45 minutes in a conventional oven, you can make it in half the time (or less) in a toaster oven. The high heat in a smaller container speeds up cooking time!
THE SECRET:Having a plan in place (like the ones I custom make for my clients) gives you exactly what you need so you don’t have to think about how to make the most of your time or what ingredient goes where. I take the decision fatigue and worry out of the equation!!
THE RESULT:Massively easy meal prep that keeps you and your family fueled… with less time in the kitchen and more time to do whatever it is that you actually want …
I know you honestly never thought was possible because cooking has always felt unmanageable (before you had this plan)
