Most of you know that I’m a private chef and specialize in meal prep and dinner parties, but sometimes it’s hard to meal plan for myself when I’m cooking full time for so many clients. I recently got to try the new meal plan from Snap Kitchen and there were sooo many amazing meals I truly enjoyed!! I’ve teamed up with them to offer $20 off any of their meal plans! Just click this link and type in atxeatsandtreats into the promo box.

The naked salmon was one of my faves – the citrus dill ghee on top was like a huge flavor bomb! This is a great option for those on ketosis – there’s only 300 calories and 25g of protein, 4g of carbs, and 21g of fat. Deeeelicious!

The power cacao protein shake literally tasted like a chocolate milkshake. I couldn’t believe how tasty it was and that it was actually nutritious! One 11oz bottle has 300 calories, 18g of protein, 20g of carbs and 17g of fat. I enjoyed one of these after a big dinner party I cooked for and it was the perfect treat.

The spinach and goat cheese egg white scramble was light, delicious and full of energy-boosting ingredients. With only 200 calories and 17g of protein, 23g of carbs and 4.5g of fat, it’s the perfect way to start a busy day and guarantee productiveness!

This is their turkey chili with beans and it was the perfect amount of spice. I got the medium size which is 300 calories with 30g of protein, 23g of carbs, and 9g of fat. I added a little extra cheese (2 tbsp of muenster) and it filled me up for four hours, which to me is impressive considering the amount of calories (and I also have a big appetite).

This is the new brisket bbq plate with creamed corn and roasted veggies. Holy cow it was good! It seriously puts BBQ joints in town to shame because not only was it packed with flavor but it was only 340 calories with 34g of protein, 22g of carbs and 14g of fat! This was another meal that kept me full for a long time (and that creamed corn was insanely good).

Again, If you’re interested in trying a Snap Kitchen meal plan for the first time and getting $20 off, click here and type atxeatsandtreats in the promo box. And if you prefer a more customized meal plan or are needing a cook for a special night, let’s chat! [Form id=”1″]
