I am so crazy in love with the amazing cuisine from 101 By Teahaus – from Taiwanese beef noodles to Sichuan pork wontons, 101 is bringing a fusion of classic Asian eats in the best way. Take a look at the pictures below!

The pictures will do better than my words, but the beef bulgogi tater tots with spicy sauce, green onions and more are one of the best concoctions I’ve had in awhile. A lot of people around town are making tater tot “nachos” or heavily layered bowls but these are the winner of them all. Spicy, crunchy, beefy, and DELICIOUS. Now, the wings – they’re covered in a sweet and sour sauce and topped with sesame seeds. Saucy and fabulouuusssss. Oh, and the spicy pork wontons in a chili garlic sauce?! Yes please. These were even super tasty the next day!

Let’s talk about this beef noodle soup that I deemed “BEST EVER.” The combination of the beef broth, fresh noodles, fresh baby bok choy, softened carrots, braised break apart beef, and tons of green onions. IT IS PERFECT. I could eat this every day and not get bored. Seriously! I’m obsessed.

Their famous basil fried chicken is paired with steamed rice and perfect Japanese curry – it’s something truly special and I think trying it for yourself is better than staring at a picture of it. Oh, and the boba teas? Perfect. Not a thing I would change. But guess what? You can get them HOT and I almost prefer it that way.
